“The staff truly offers genuine, heartfelt service at every turn—nothing was ever too much of an ask,” explains Wells-Conrad, who felt extra pampered with fresh fruit platters and other thoughtful amenities while lounging by the heated rooftop pool in her VIP cabana.
Just as Waldorf Astoria New York was the first hotel to modernize 24-hour room service, Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills has introduced a spectacular in-suite dining experience. Available for guests in premier suites, the evening is orchestrated by a private chef and personal mixologist, with live music of your choosing. “It was truly magical,” says Wells-Conrad. “The team prepared multiple courses cooked to order on the terrace—perfectly timed to sunset—including hamachi with caviar, corn agnolotti and black truffle, and melt-in-your-mouth prime steak.”
